Challenges and recommendations in Bulgaria

One of the main challenges of adult education in Bulgaria is to consolidate a national strategy on achievement of SDG 4. There is currently no clear and widely supported understanding of the strategy that can be implemented. In addition, there is a need to improve career counselling services through non-governmental providers.
